Dubai health centres get ISO certifications

Dubai’s Public Healthcare Centres (PHC) became the first in the region to receive International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) certifications, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) revealed on Saturday.

The health centres run by DHA received six certifications in the fields of quality management, environmental management systems, occupational safety and health management systems, social responsibility, customer satisfaction and complaints management system.

First in the Mena region to receive ISO certifications, the centres that were awarded on October 6 include Nad Al Hamar, Al Badaa, Al Barsha, Al Khawaneej, Al Lissaily, Al Mamzar, Al Mankhool, Al Mizhar, Al Safa, Al Twar and Zaabeel.
